Privacy policy

In accordance with this Policy, the following principles should be applied in the daily activities of the Company:

a. Use existing best practices to provide subscribers with information and explanations about the collection of their personal data by the Company and how this data will be used, unless it contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

b. Collect and process personal data only on the basis of lawful grounds. Use a method that guarantees transparency and provides subscribers with the opportunity to refuse, and has the priority of collecting and processing data based on the subscriber's free, explicit and informed consent;

c. Collect personal data only for the purposes for which it is necessary and for the specific purposes established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

d. Process personal data in all divisions of the Company to the extent necessary and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as outside the country where such data was collected;

e. Process personal data to the extent necessary to perform the tasks assigned to it, while consistently respecting the confidentiality of the subscriber's personal data and protecting the interests of a special group of users, namely children. With restrictions on the requirements of the process of reproducing personal data, effective service to subscribers and related commercial activities, including the processing of anonymous user data;

f. Store personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or for production purposes, for the period necessary for effective service to subscribers and related commercial activities. If personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected and processed, it must be completely destroyed or rendered anonymous;

g. Ensure the accuracy of the personal data stored and, where possible, its relevance. Take reasonable steps to provide subscribers with information about the personal data stored by the Company and to eliminate inaccurate information;

h. Provide personal data to authorized state bodies only when required by law and in accordance with established and approved procedures;

i. Allocate and allocate the necessary and sufficient organizational resources to manage confidentiality processes in the Company and properly implement the requirements of this Policy, as well as to implement the necessary measures when necessary;
