Yes, citizens of Uzbekistan are required to obtain a tourist visa to travel to Japan. Megatour provides full support throughout the application process: we assist in gathering and properly preparing all required documents, complete the visa application form, and submit it to the Embassy.
The processing time at the Embassy of Japan is typically 7 to 10 business days from the date of submission.
We offer three formats:
- Group tours (10–20 people) with a Russian-speaking guide

All tours include accommodation, transport, excursions, and insurance.
Group tour prices start from $1,250 per person for 7–10 days. The price depends on the season, duration, hotel class, and itinerary.
The cost includes:
- Hotels
- Domestic transport (including bullet trains)
- Excursions
- A Russian-speaking guide
- Insurance
Flights are priced separately.
Japan is beautiful year-round:
- Spring (March–May) — cherry blossom season, the most popular period
- Autumn (October–November) — red maple leaves and comfortable weather
- Winter (December–February) — ski resorts and Christmas illuminations
- Summer (June–August) — festivals and Okinawa beaches
We organize tours throughout the year.
A standard tour includes:
- Accommodation in 3–4 star hotels (or traditional ryokans)
- All domestic transfers (bullet trains, buses, subway)
- Guided excursions with a Russian-speaking guide
- Entrance tickets to temples and museums
- Medical insurance
Meals are partially included (breakfasts). Flights and visa are priced separately, but we assist with both.
The following documents are required to obtain a tourist visa to Japan:
- Employment letter on company letterhead
- Salary certificate from the MyGov portal
- 2 photos 3.5 × 4.5 cm on a white background (matte paper)
- Bank letter confirming a minimum balance of 5,000 USD
- Bank statement showing transactions for the last 3 months
- When travelling with children — birth certificate and child's passport
- Marriage certificate
- Home address and contact phone number
- Work address and phone number
Absolutely! Japan is one of the safest and most comfortable countries for family travel.
We offer special conditions for children:
- Children under 5 — stay at the hotel free of charge (without a separate bed)
- Children aged 6–12 — discount of up to 30%
Upon request, the itinerary can include visits to Disneyland, Ghibli Park, aquariums and interactive museums — the journey will be enjoyable for both adults and children alike.
Booking takes 3 steps:
- Choose a tour and date on our website or contact us
- Pay a 30% deposit to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure
We accept payment via Payme, bank transfer, and cash at our office. After payment, you receive a confirmation with the complete tour itinerary.
Yes! We offer eSIM cards for Japan that activate instantly — simply scan the QR code before departure.
